Although this piece represents simplicity, it is bright and engaging, with swooping and slashing designs, as the yellow cuts through the red. The two textures of the paint play off of one another, bringing even more depth to the art. Showing brightness, which is different from some of Fonder's pieces, The colors actually signify the same colors on Dalai Lama's robe. The gray border is almost imperceptible, putting all of the attention back on the brighter colors.
